Thunderhead Condo Rules

Directions:

From Portland, Oregon, take Hwy26 east through Sandy plus about 30 miles to Government Camp. Turn left just past Ski Bowl ski area (on the right) onto Government Camp Loop. Travel two blocks. You will see the Thunderhead Lodge on your left. You can park in the available parking there. However, to park in many other areas in the mountain you will need a snow park permit which is required in designated locations in high mountian areas in Oregon. The permits are only required Novmeber 15 - April 30. See Forest Service Information for more details.

You will need three keys: condo entrance key, condo unit key, and swimming pool key. They are all inside the lock box by the entrance door.

One bedroom each with double bed

One bath

Large River rock fireplace, pool table, foosball and laundry in common area

Furnished with refrigerator, electric range, washer/dryer, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, towels, bedding. For food, we will furnish a few basics, but the rest of the food is up to you.

Sleeps 6 people.

Payments

Payments can be made with VISA or Master Charge. Funds will be withdrawn at 2 months before date of stay or at time of reservation if reservation is less than two months early. Withdrawal will be under the business name of Coffer Company Vacation Rentals.

Checks are also accepted, made out to Jerry Coffer and sent to Jerry Coffer, 3207 SE 36th Avenue, Portland OR 97202. To lock in your reservation, a check for the total cost of the stay must be received within 10 days of the day you called in your reservation. Otherwise the dates will be opened to other vacationers until the check is received. In every case, check must be received before the date of stay.

Cancellation

If canceled at least 60 days in advance of the first day of your stay, a full refund will be granted.

If canceled less than 60 days before your stay begins, a full refund will be granted only for those days of your stay for which we are able to find replacement renters. Otherwise no refund will be granted.

Restrictions

Loud parties are not allowed. We aim for a peaceful environment (that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun)

Animals are not allowed. (Some people are allergic)

No smoking inside the condos. (the odor lingers sooo long)

Help Appreciated

Please use the dishwasher to wash your dirty dishes. Please remove your unused items from the refrigerator.
