Condo Prices (for 2)
April, May, October and November:
- Weekdays $75 per night
- Weekends $110 per night
July-August:
- Weekdays $100 per night
- Weekends $155 per night
January, February, March, June, September, December
- Weekdays $85 per night
- Weekends $120 per night
Christmas Period
(December 20-January 1)
- All days of the week $210 per night
Thanksgiving Period
(Night before Thanksgiving
thru Saturday Night)
- All days of the week $210 per night
Additional people over the age of 4 years old will be charged $15 per night per
person except there is no extra charge for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Minimum stay is two days.
Arrival is after 4 PM and departure before 12 noon to allow for cleaning between
guests.
If you stay a whole week you will be given the weekday price for all days.
A 6 percent room tax will be added to above prices.
